Refund and Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, email grove@alicrystal.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging where reasonably possible. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, the return process above applies. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
